Briefly NextEra Energy Services to Offer Electricity Services to 400 Illinois School Districts
The Illinois Energy Consortium (IEC) and NextEra Energy Services Illinois, LLC announced a partnership to provide electricity to approximately 400 school districts beginning June 1, 2014. The Illinois Energy Consortium is charged with obtaining competitive electricity and natural gas suppliers for schools and public agencies in Illinois.

The Public Utility Commission of Texas has assigned Project 41659 for a rulemaking to implement the PUCT's newly granted cease and desist authority under PURA Chapter 15 as required by HB 1600
