TXU Energy, Cross Country Home Services Announce Partnership to Deliver Home Warranty Services in Texas TXU Energy announced that it has teamed up with Cross Country Home Services (CCHS) to provide a range of home warranty services for new and existing TXU Energy customers.
Initial services include:
• TXU Energy A/C & Heat Protect.
• TXU Energy A/C & Heat Protect PLUS.
• TXU Energy Surge Protect.
• TXU Energy Surge Protect PLUS.
TXU Energy A/C & Heat Protect covers the repair of heating, venting and air conditioning unit components for homeowners while TXU Energy A/C & Heat Protect PLUS covers the repair or replacement of an HVAC unit. With both plans, there is no pre-coverage inspection or unit age limit.
TXU Energy Surge Protect covers repair or replacement of HVAC components, appliances and electronics damaged by an electrical surge. TXU Energy Surge Protect PLUS offers an additional coverage level for the repair or replacement of HVAC components, appliances and electronics damaged by an electrical surge.
All customers who sign up for a home warranty plan receive up to a 15 percent discount on non-covered repairs and savings on name-brand appliances by using CCHS's exclusive Appliance Buyline.
