Briefly 75% of TXU Customer Service Interactions Occurring Through Self-Service, Electronic Channels
TXU Energy reported yesterday that customers taking advantage of its online and self-service options have increased significantly. Of the company's nearly 21 million customer service interactions in 2012, approximately 75 percent took place through electronic and self-service channels, including IVR, Web, social media, chat and mobile platforms. TXU said that it has invested more than $200 million in the last five years to enhance customer service and support capabilities.
BlueRock Energy, Buffalo Bills Announce NFL-Approved Bag Giveaway
The Buffalo Bills along with BlueRock Energy, the Official Electricity Supplier of the Buffalo Bills, announced they will be giving away NFL stadium approved bags to fans at the home opener against the New England Patriots. When fans arrive at Ralph Wilson Stadium each will receive a complimentary "BlueRock Energy Touchdown Tote," which is approved for use at Bills games all season. The giveaway is prompted by a new NFL bag policy and restrictions, and the Touchdown Tote conforms to the new bag policy.
