CenterPoint Energy Houston Electric, LLC has informed retail electric providers that its compliance filing to temporarily cease billing Transition Charges under schedule TC effective August 9, 2013, under Docket No. 41610, received PUCT approval on July 19, 2013.

Final bond payment on the Schedule TC transition bonds is scheduled for September 16, 2013.

CenterPoint Houston currently estimates that no further billings under Schedule TC are required after August 8, 2013.

Before the end of the term of Schedule TC, CenterPoint Houston will submit another compliance filing to address any final over- or under-collections under Schedule TC. In the meantime, there will be no further annual true-up process for Schedule TC.
