National Petroleum and Fuels Marketer Launching Retail Energy Supply Business, Seeks Texas License A petroleum and transportation fuels marketer is expanding to the retail energy supply business, and has named a retail energy veteran as part of the company's management
Specifically, Mansfield Power and Gas, LLC has applied for a Texas REP certificate.
Although the exact legal relationship is not clear, Mansfield Power and Gas is an extension of the Mansfield Energy Corp. brand, which provides comprehensive fuel supply, distribution, delivery, and dispensing solutions to customers through an integrated network of refiners, terminals, carriers, and retailers throughout North America. Mansfield delivers over three billion gallons of petroleum products, ethanol, biodiesel, and diesel exhaust fluid annually to customers throughout the United States
Fernando F. de Aguero, a veteran of several retail energy supply companies, is listed as COO of Mansfield Power and Gas, LLC.
Ira G. Pearl, who previously held various positions at AGL Resources, is listed as Executive Vice-President of Mansfield Power and Gas, LLC.
Filings with the Georgia Secretary of State indicate that the following companies have recently been organized as well:
