Texas REP Names New CEO, Management Additions Texas REP Bose Energy, LLC has filed for an amendment to its REP certificate to reflect the addition of new management.
Nalina Pillai is now listed as CEO of Bose Energy. Pillai has developed power projects internationally, and worked in M&A and renewable development at Denham Capital LP. Pillai previously worked at Tara Energy and most recently has served as a compliance coordinator at another Texas REP.
Mark Lubrano is now listed as Senior Vice President of Sales for Bose Energy. Lubrano was most recently Director of Commercial Sales at Frontier Utilities and was previously Senior Director, Sales at Fulcrum Retail Energy, Tara Energy, and Amigo Energy.
Joanna Cortez is now listed as Manager of Customer Support for Bose Energy. Cortez previously held similar roles at Bounce Energy, Just Energy, and Hino Electric.
Rafael Patag remains President of Bose Energy.
