Frontier Utilities Names New VP to Lead Commercial & Industrial Growth Retail electric provider Frontier Utilities, LLC has named Preston Ochsner to its senior management team to lead its North American commercial and industrial energy supply business.
As Vice President, Commercial and Industrial, Ochsner will be responsible for Frontier's continued growth in the commercial and industrial market and for taking the commercial business to the next level
Ochsner joins Frontier Utilities from ENCOA where he managed the team responsible for energy sales to commercial and industrial customers nationally. Prior to ENCOA, he spent several years each with StarTex Power and Spark Energy. Ochsner has over 15 years of industry experience in areas including sales, supply management, and pricing and structuring.
Ochsner will report to Jay D. Hellums, Frontier's President and CEO.
Frontier Utilities said that it is in the process of expanding into several new energy markets outside of Texas.
