PECO Residential Price to Compare Increases Nearly 10% PECO's residential electric Price to Compare increased nearly 10% on September 1.
The new Price to Compare for residential customers at PECO (R & RH) is 9.35¢/kWh, effective September 1, 2013 to November 30, 2013.
The residential Price to Compare had been 8.61¢ from June 1, 2013 to August 30, 2013.
PECO's new Price to Compare, effective September 1, for select commercial customers is as follows (¢/kWh):
