AEP, Dominion Retail File Settlement Over SECA Charges
AEP and Dominion Resources, on behalf of Dominion Retail and Virginia Power, filed a settlement regarding all claims between the two entities concerning the Seams Elimination Cost Adjustments (SECA). Under the settlement, AEP will make a lump sum payment to Dominion in the amount of $2.85 million.
Massachusetts to Hold Further Technical Conference on POR
The Massachusetts DPU has scheduled for October 8 a further technical conference concerning the still-pending POR implementation plans and compliance tariffs at the electric distribution utilities (Docket 10-53).
