NRG Retail Business Acquires Customer Book of Texas REP
One of NRG Energy's retail energy subsidiaries has acquired the book of a Texas retail electric provider.
Specifically, NRG's Everything Energy LLC has acquired the customer book of Texas Power.
Texas Power serves about 20,000 customers in ERCOT.
