Direct Energy Launches Residential Service in New Territories

Direct Energy has begun offering residential electric service at the FirstEnergy electric distribution companies in Ohio.

At Ohio Edison, Toledo Edison, and Cleveland Electric Illuminating, Direct Energy is offering residential customers a 12-month fixed rate of 5.99¢/kWh with no early termination fee. A 12-month fixed rate of 5.89¢/kWh with no early termination fee is available for seniors and military personnel.
