Ohio Names Winning Bidders from Duke Energy Ohio Default Service Auction

The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio released the names of the winning bidders from Duke Energy Ohio's recent auction to procure electric default service supplies for a term starting June 1, 2014.

Specifically, winning bidders in the November auction were as follows:

Delivery Period June 1, 2014 to May 31, 2015

DTE Energy Trading, Inc.                  1
Duke Energy Commercial Asset 
     Management, Inc.                     3
FirstEnergy Solutions Corp.               6

As previously reported, the auction resulted in an average clearing price of $50.11/MWh, for tranches with a delivery period of June 1, 2014 to May 31, 2015
