Retail Provider Names New President, COO
TriEagle Energy has named Rob Cantrell to the position of President and Chief Operating Officer, effective January 1, 2014.
Cantrell previously served as SVP of Sales and Marketing for TriEagle, and also held similar positions at Champion Energy and StarTex during their respective start-up phases. Prior to energy, Cantrell held marketing, sales, and operational roles in the telecommunications and real estate industries.
"Rob has proven himself to be an extraordinary leader with a real depth of knowledge regarding this complex and ever-changing deregulated electric industry," said W. Daniel Cook, CEO and Board Chairman of TriEagle Energy. "Rob has brought a fresh approach and a steady stream of new ideas to TriEagle, and that's exactly what we need as we enter our second decade."
