Massachusetts Utilities File POR Discount Rates
Massachusetts electric utilities have filed purchase of receivables uncollectible discount rates resulting from consensus terms and conditions.
The discount rates are still subject to DPU approval, and depending on how long approval takes, may need to be updated to reflect updated underlying data (e.g. most recent uncollectibles).
As filed, the POR uncollectible discount rates for going forward (non-existing) receivables are:
