Load and customer data may be found on pages (by PDF page number) 26, 28, 30, 32, 34, and 36.
The report notes that alternative electric suppliers (AESs) served approximately 6,660 electric choice customers throughout the state in 2013, compared to 6,800 in 2012. This represents approximately 2,410 MW of electric demand, an increase of 396 MW from 2012.
As of December 2013, approximately 11,400 customers remain in the choice queue, due to the current 10% cap.
As previously reported, the PSC noted that Wisconsin Electric Power Company (WEPCo) and Wisconsin Public Service Corporation (WPSC) saw their first electric choice participation in 2013.
The number of residential choice customers participating in the electric choice program is negligible. However, the PSC said that during 2013, residential customers were placed into the queues for both Consumers Energy and DTE Electric Company.
