Michigan Utilities File Final Choice Caps for 2014, Space Available at 3 Utilities

Michigan electric utilities have filed their final 2014 10% choice caps, and, at all utilities except three, current choice participation exceeds the caps.

As noted below, electric choice space is available at Upper Peninsula Power Company, Wisconsin Public Service, and Indiana Michigan Power
