Parent of Texas Retail Provider Names New President
Summer Energy Holdings, Inc. has promoted Angela Hanley to serve as president of the company.
Summer Energy Holdings, Inc. is the parent of Texas retail electric provider Summer Energy, LLC.
Hanley replaces Neil Leibman as President; Leibman continues to serve as Chief Executive Officer of Summer Energy Holdings, Inc. and as a member of the company’s Board of Directors.
Hanley, with over 11 years of experience in the Texas electricity and natural gas markets, was most recently Senior Vice President, Operations and Marketing, for Summer Energy Holdings, Inc. As President, Hanley will now be responsible for all operational and day-to-day activities of the company.
From April 2011 through February 2013, Hanley served as a Vice President of Operations and Marketing for the subsidiary Summer Energy, LLC. Hanley previously served as Regional Marketing Manager for Atmos Energy and President of Operations for Horizon Power & Light. Hanley has also held various marketing positions at several Texas retail providers.
