Retail Supplier Names Energy Sales Veteran as Senior Director of Call Center Operations
U.S. Gas & Electric has announced the appointment of James Ganter as Senior Director of Call Center Operations.
Ganter will oversee the telemarketing and customer service activities for U.S. Gas & Electric and its subsidiaries, covering Connecticut, the District of Columbia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, and Pennsylvania.
"I am thrilled to welcome James as our new Senior Director of Call Center Operations," stated Doug Marcille, CEO and President of USG&E. "James will lead USG&E's efforts to complete the build out of our new 300 seat out-bound call center in Miramar, Florida."
Ganter is a 15-year veteran of the retail energy industry, having served in several senior sales management positions at retail suppliers including Direct Energy, Gateway Energy Services, and MXenergy.
