DWP Energy Holdings, LLC has changed its name to Inspire Energy Holdings, LLC.

As first reported by EnergyChoiceMatters.com, Inspire Energy is led by CEO Patrick Maloney, who was a founding team member, CIO, and Head of Strategic Market Development, Business Launch Management, Marketing Operations, Technology, and Regulatory Affairs for Independence Energy Group LLC.

Prior to this role, Maloney served as Director of Strategic Market Development, Director of Operations, and Director of Technology for Energy Plus Holdings LLC.

Inspire Energy is currently licensed as an electric supplier in Pennsylvania, and is currently seeking an electric supplier license in Maryland to serve all customer classes.

Inspire Energy's website indicates that its strategy will include focusing on socially conscious customers, while also emphasizing a rewards strategy. Residential and business service is available.

Under a tab headlined "Make a Difference," Inspire Energy's website states that, "every product we sell reduces the environmental impact on our planet." Additionally, Inspire Energy's website states that, "we've made a commitment to supporting social causes that benefit our customer's families, our partners and the planet."

Inspire Energy's website also states that customers will earn cash back for every kilowatt-hour they use. Customers may choose to donate their rewards to certain advocacy partners, with Inspire Energy matching the donation, up to 10%.

Inspire Energy's website does not include any specific information on the above programs, or specific rates, but does invite customers to enroll now via a toll-free number. A support page specifically lists contact info for PECO and PPL for certain questions about billing (payments, extensions, disconnection, etc.) and outages. Matters has not yet seen pricing from Inspire for any territory yet publicized via PA Power Switch or the PA OCA chart.
