Guttman Energy Seeks Authority to Serve New Territories
Guttman Energy applied for an amendment to its Pennsylvania natural gas supplier license to include service to all sizes of non-residential customers at PECO, UGI, UGI Central Penn, and UGI Penn Natural Gas. Guttman was previously granted authority to serve such customers at Columbia Gas, Equitable Gas, National Fuel Gas Distribution Corporation, Philadelphia Gas Works Peoples Natural Gas and Peoples TWP. As previously reported by EnergyChoiceMatters.com, Guttman Energy is a new retail supplier being launched by Northeast petroleum marketer Guttman Oil, and which counts several veterans of Direct Energy Business and Strategic Energy among its management (click here for more).
Consolidated Edison Energy Seeks Supplier License
Consolidated Edison Energy, Inc. has applied for a Pennsylvania natural gas supplier license to serve commercial customers over 6,000 Mcf at Columbia Gas, for the purpose of serving electric generation facilities. Affiliate ConEdison Solutions is already licensed as a Pennsylvania natural gas supplier.
Resource Energy Systems Seeks New License
Resource Energy Systems, LLC applied for a Pennsylvania natural gas broker license to serve commercial customers over 6,000 Mcf and industrial customers in all service areas.
Epiq Energy Seeks License in Another New State
Epiq Energy, LLC applied for a Pennsylvania electric broker/marketer license to serve all customer classes in all service areas. Epiq Energy is a wholly owned subsidiary of Shuk Holdings, which is in turn a wholly owned subsidiary of IDT Energy, Inc., which is a subsidiary of Genie Energy Limited
