The Pennsylvania PUC granted IDT Energy, Inc. an expanded natural gas supplier license to serve all customer classes at Peoples Natural Gas, Peoples TWP, Equitable Gas, Philadelphia Gas Works, and Valley Energy. IDT Energy was previously authorized to serve customers at PECO, Columbia Gas of Pennsylvania, UGI Central Penn Gas, UGI Penn Natural Gas, UGI Utilities, Inc., and National Fuel Gas Distribution Corporation
SBR Energy Receives Supplier License in New State
A final Connecticut PURA decision granted SBR Energy, LLC d/b/a Silver Bear Energy an electric supplier license to serve all customer classes.
Avion Energy Group Receives New License
The Pennsylvania PUC granted Avion Energy Group an electric broker/marketer license to serve all sizes of non-residential customers in all service areas.
Commercial Utility Consultants Receives New License
The Pennsylvania PUC granted Commercial Utility Consultants, Inc. a natural gas broker/marketer license to serve all sizes of non-residential customers at UGI Central Penn, UGI, UGI Penn Natural, Peoples Natural Gas Company LLC, Peoples TWP LLC, Equitable Gas Company, PECO, Columbia Gas of Pennsylvania Inc., and Philadelphia Gas Works
