Texas REP Offering $200 Enrollment Bonus for Free Saturdays Plan
Direct Energy is offering Texas customers incentives of up to $200 to enroll onto one of its Free Power Saturday products.
Specifically, Texas residential customers enrolling onto a Direct Energy 24-month Free Saturdays plan will receive a $200 Restaurant.com gift certificate. A $100 Restaurant.com gift certificate is available for customers electing a 12-month Free Saturdays plan.
In the Oncor service area, Direct's 24-month Free Power Saturdays Price Protection plan includes the following charges:
The all-in average rate (at 1,000 kWh monthly usage) of the 24-month Free Power Saturdays Price Protection plan is 10.1¢/kWh. Average price calculation is based on a total consumption profile over a 12 month period assuming 13% of consumption occurs on Saturdays.
The 24-month plan includes a $300 early termination fee.
In the Oncor service area, Direct's 12-month Free Power Saturdays E-plan includes the following charges:
The all-in average rate (at 1,000 kWh monthly usage) of the 12-month Free Power Saturdays E-Plan is 9.7¢/kWh, and reflects a discount of 0.5 cents per kWh, contingent on receiving bills and correspondence electronically via E-bill. The 12-month plan includes a $200 early termination fee.
