MP2 Energy Receives Authority to Serve New Customers
The Pennsylvania PUC granted MP2 Energy NE, LLC an expanded electric supplier license to serve all customer classes at Pike County Light & Power, Citizens’ Electric Company, and Wellsboro Electric Company. MP2 Energy was previously granted authority to serve all customer classes at the seven major EDCs.
South Jersey Energy Receives Authority to Serve New Customers
The Pennsylvania PUC granted South Jersey Energy Company an expanded natural gas supplier license to serve all customer classes at Peoples TWP. SJE was previously authorized to serve such customers as Columbia Gas of Pennsylvania, Inc., Equitable Gas Company, National Fuel Gas Distribution Corporation, PECO Energy Company, Peoples Natural Gas Company, Philadelphia Gas Works, UGI Central Penn Gas Inc., UGI Penn Natural Gas, Inc., UGI Utilities, Inc., and Valley Energy Inc.
Crosslink Energy Advisors Receives License in New State
The Pennsylvania PUC granted Crosslink Advisors, LLC d/b/a Crosslink Energy Advisors an electric broker/marketer license to serve all customer classes in all service areas.
Facility Solutions Group Receives License in New State
The Pennsylvania PUC granted Facility Solutions Group, Inc. an electric broker/marketer license to serve commercial customers in excess of 25 kW and industrial customers at PECO, PPL, Met-Ed, Penelec, and West Penn Power.
