Retail Supplier Names Former Verizon VP of Marketing as Chief Marketing Officer
Ethical Electric has named Tom Crowder as Chief Marketing Officer.
Crowder previously served as Vice President of Marketing at Verizon where he led marketing and communication efforts including the launch of Verizon's bundled product, which Ethical said was cited by analysts as, "the future of telecom industry marketing." At Verizon, Crowder also led both mass and multicultural marketing efforts and worked with the team which was named Sales and Marketing Management magazine's "National Marketing Team of the Year."
Most recently, Crowder was Managing Director of Marketing and Business Development at the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, an organization that advocates for competent and ethical financial advice. At CFP Board, Tom developed funding and initiated a $40 million public awareness campaign aimed at increasing awareness of CFP
In a 30-year career, Crowder has also worked in industries including travel, tourism, technology and telecommunications.
