New Hampshire Approves New Default Service Rates
The New Hampshire PUC approved new residential and small commercial customer and large customer default service rates at Liberty Utilities (Granite State Electric) for the period May 1, 2014 through October 31, 2014
For the small customer group (residential and small C&I), the total default service rate, after adjustments for reconciliation and reclassification and the adder for compliance with Liberty's RPS obligations and the credit based on the RGGI Auction Excess Revenue Adjustment Factor, is 7.732¢ per kWh for the period May 1, 2014 through October 31, 2014
For the large customer group, the Granite State Electric total default service rate for each month is (¢/kWh):
Liberty selected Dominion Energy Marketing, Inc. to provide default service for the large customer group for the period May 1, 2014 through October 31, 2014, in two separate three-month blocks of power supply, and TransCanada Power Marketing, Ltd to provide default service for the small customer group for the period May 1, 2014 through October 31, 2014.
