The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio is to open on its own motion an "Investigation Of Marketing Practices in the Competitive Retail Electric Service Market."
The case was assigned Docket 14-0568-EL-COI
An entry opening the investigation and requesting comments is to be discussed at today's PUCO meeting; nothing substantive has yet been filed in the docket.
