NRG's Everything Energy Brand to Replace Energy Plus Brand in Texas
NRG Energy is moving Texas retail electric customers currently on its Energy Plus brand to its Everything Energy brand.
This change in the Energy Plus brand strategy is only occurring in Texas.
NRG said that all Energy Plus customers in Texas have been notified that they are moving to the Everything Energy brand. NRG began notifying customers in April, and the switch will be complete by summer.
"We are consolidating Energy Plus in Texas with Everything Energy as those brands have similar value propositions. This change only affects Energy Plus customers in Texas," NRG told EnergyChoiceMatters.com
