Infuse Energy LLC applied for an Option 1 Texas retail electric provider certificate.
According to Secretary of State records, the managing member of Infuse Energy LLC is Joshua Pesikoff, who also serves as President and CEO. Pesikoff is a veteran of Calpine and JP Morgan.
Scott Ireland is listed as COO of Infuse Energy LLC on its REP application. Ireland has held officer and management positions at several retail electric providers.
