HOP Energy has begun offering residential electricity at Penelec in Pennsylvania
As listed on PA Power Switch, HOP Energy is offering Penelec residential customers a fixed rate of 8.85 cents per kWh through June 30, 2015.
A cancellation fee of $12.50 per month remaining on the term applies.
