Backbreaking: Capacity Prices Double in Latest PJM Auction
Rest of RTO capacity prices in PJM increased by 100% in PJM's 2017/18 Base Residual Auction.
The Rest of RTO region cleared at $120/MW-day, versus $59.37/MW-day a year ago.
The only LDAs to clear separately were PSEG and PS-North, which cleared at $215/MW-day
