More Texas REPs Seek to Assign POLR Obligation to Affiliate
Several retail electric providers owned by Just Energy have filed at the Public Utility Commission of Texas to assign their non-volunteer POLR obligation to an affiliate.
Specifically, Fulcrum Retail Energy, LLC (REP Certificate 10081), Tara Energy, LLC (REP Certificate 10051), and Hudson Energy Services, LLC (REP Certificate 10092) requested the Commission approve the designation of affiliate Just Energy Texas, LP (REP Certificate 10052) as the Large Service Provider affiliate to provide non-volunteer POLR service on their behalf for the Residential and Small Non-Residential Customer Classes for the 2013/2014 Term.
In addition, Tara Energy and Just Energy requested the Commission approve the designation of affiliate Hudson Energy Services, LLC (REP Certificate 10092) to provide non-volunteer POLR service on their behalf for the Medium Non-Residential and Large Non-Residential Customer Classes for the 2013/2014 Term.
