Settlement Filed in Retail Supplier Bankruptcy Case
A settlement among the Glacial Energy companies, the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors, EDF Trading North America LLC, and Vantage Commodities Financial Services has been filed in Glacial's bankruptcy case
The settlement is to allow a sale process of the Glacial Energy retail suppliers and associated companies to occur in June, except that two businesses -- Negawatt Business Solutions, Inc. and Ziphany, L.L.C. -- would now be held for sale separately.
Vantage Commodities Financial Services I is a stalking horse bidder for the Glacial retail suppliers, and the settlement would allow a June 10 auction and June 16 sale hearing to proceed.
