Price Posting: Direct Energy Offering Service in New Territory

Update: Direct Energy said that the price postings were in error, and that it does not sell gas under the Direct Energy brand at PECO

Direct Energy has begun offering residential natural gas service in the PECO service area in Pennsylvania, according to the Office of Consumer Advocate price chart.

Direct Energy had previously served the PECO market under the Gateway Energy Service brand, which continues to have a separate offer listed on the OCA chart.

According to the OCA price chart, Direct Energy is offering PECO residential natural gas customers the following rates (cents per ccf):

6 Months Fixed:    69.9¢
12 Months Fixed:   71.9¢
18 Months Fixed:   69.9¢
24 Months Fixed    69.9¢

There are no early termination fees for any of the products
