State Approves $4.5 Million Settlement with Retail Supplier
A Connecticut PURA final decision accepted without modification a $4.5 million settlement between Energy Plus Holdings, LLC and the Connecticut Attorney General and Consumer Counsel to resolve an investigation into the supplier's rates and marketing practices.
