CenterPoint TDU Not Processing Disconnects for Non-Pay Due to System Issues
CenterPoint Energy Houston Electric is currently experiencing system issues which are preventing CNP from processing market transactions
As a result, CenterPoint Energy Houston Electric said in a market notice this morning (6/17) that, among other things, it will not execute Disconnect for Non-Pay (DNP) orders today
