Integrys Solar Business Not Part of Sale of Retail Supplier
Integrys' solar generation business, which is currently part of Integrys Energy Services, is not part of the sale process to divest the retail supply business of Integrys Energy Services prior to Integrys Energy Group being acquired by Wisconsin Energy, Integrys executives said yesterday.
The sale of the retail supply business of Integrys Energy Services is expected to close in 2014 (by the end of the year), executives said.
Integrys Energy Services provides retail gas and electric marketing across 22 states in the northeastern quadrant of the U.S. and D.C.. It had sales of $2 billion in 2013
