Proton Energy Identifies Buyer
Proton Energy filed for an amendment to its Texas retail electric provider certificate to reflect a change in control, as required by a recent settlement agreement.
Much of the application is subject to confidential seal, but an affidavit identifies Mohamed Amin Dossani as the "buyer" of Proton Energy, who will also serve as President.
