Texas REP Offering Service in New Territories
Start-up Texas retail provider Enertrade Electric has begun offering retail electric service at Sharyland Utilities, LP and Sharyland-McAllen.
At Sharyland Utilities, LP, Enertrade Electric is offering a six-month fixed rate with an average all-in rate of 16.4¢/kWh (all quotes in this story based on 1,000 kWh usage). This reflects an energy charge of 9.5¢/kWh and pass-through of TDU charges.
At Sharyland Utilities, LP, Enertrade Electric is also offering a six-month fixed rate with an autopay discount with an average all-in rate of 14.8¢/kWh. This reflects an energy charge of 7.9¢/kWh and pass-through of TDU charges.
At Sharyland-McAllen, Enertrade Electric is offering a six-month fixed rate with an average all-in rate of 14.0¢/kWh. This reflects an energy charge of 9.5¢/kWh and pass-through of TDU charges.
At Sharyland-McAllen, Enertrade Electric is also offering a six-month fixed rate with an autopay discount with an average all-in rate of 12.4¢/kWh. This reflects an energy charge of 7.9¢/kWh and pass-through of TDU charges.
All products listed above include an early termination fee of $150.
Enertrade Electric previously launched service at Oncor, CenterPoint Energy Houston Electric, AEP Texas Central, AEP Texas North, and Texas-New Mexico Power.
