KCI Energy lists its President as Manouch Shahbaz, who is listed as having experience in the cogeneration field.
Though the publicly filed portion of the application did not mention the company by name, the Texas Secretary of State filing number associated with KCI Energy indicates that the company was formerly organized under the name Kayvon Constructors, Inc.
