Epiq Energy is a wholly owned subsidiary of Shuk Holdings, which is in turn a wholly owned subsidiary of IDT Energy, Inc., which is a subsidiary of Genie Energy Limited
Quest Energy Solutions Receives New License
The District of Columbia PSC granted Kevin J. Cobb & Associates, Inc. d/b/a Quest Energy Solutions an electric broker license to serve all customer classes. Resource Energy Systems Receives New License
The Pennsylvania PUC granted Resource Energy Systems, LLC a natural gas broker/marketer license to serve commercial customers over 6,000 Mcf and industrial customers at Valley Energy, UGI Utilities, Inc., UGI Central Penn Gas, Peoples TWP LLC, PECO Energy Company, Philadelphia Gas Works, National Fuel Gas Distribution Corporation, and Columbia Gas of Pennsylvania, Inc.
Incite Energy Receives New License
The Pennsylvania PUC granted Incite Energy, LLC a natural gas broker/marketer license to serve residential, commercial, and industrial customers at Valley Energy, UGI Utilities Inc., UGI Central Penn, UGI Penn Natural, Peoples TWP LLC, Peoples Natural Gas Co. LLC, Peoples Natural Gas LLC-Equitable Division, National Fuel Gas Distribution Corporation, Columbia Gas of PA Inc., Philadelphia Gas Works, and PECO Energy Co.
