Citing Return of Customers to BGS, PSEG Power Ups Forecast of Default Load Served
Noting an uptick in New Jersey customers returning to basic generation service, PSEG Power has increased its forecast of BGS volumes for 2015.
Noting extreme volatility in market prices for energy experienced earlier in the year, executives reported seeing some customers return BGS, though "not a lot."
However, the return was sufficient enough for PSEG Power to up its 2015 forecast of BGS volumes to 11 TWh, in line with 2014 forecast volumes, from an earlier 2015 forecast of 10 TWh.
