Retail Supplier Surpasses 100,000 Customer Threshold
Infinite Energy announced that it reached the 100,000 customer threshold this month.
Infinite Energy is active in Florida, Georgia, New Jersey, New York, and Texas.
Now in its 20th year of operations, Infinite Energy said that it has recently released several account management tools to improve the customer experience, including a mobile app and an updated online portal. Customers can communicate directly with the company through an online feedback form and through social media.
"Although Infinite Energy has grown its customer base slowly, the company’s focus on operations will support continued growth. The company builds its own software and billing systems and maintains in-house sales and customer care departments," the company said.
Co-founder and CEO Darin Cook credits new service initiatives with helping gain 100,000 customers, and predicts that expanding on those initiatives can help attract another 100,000 much more quickly.
