Start-up Infuse Energy LLC Receives Texas REP Certificate
The Public Utility Commission of Texas granted start-up Infuse Energy LLC an Option 1 retail electric provider certificate. As first reported by EnergyChoiceMatters.com, the managing member of Infuse Energy LLC at the time of its application filing, per Secretary of State records, is Joshua Pesikoff, who also serves as President and CEO. Pesikoff is a veteran of Calpine and JP Morgan. Scott Ireland is listed as COO of Infuse Energy LLC on its REP application. Ireland has held officer and management positions at several retail electric providers.
Northeast Retail Supplier Receives Texas REP Certificate
The Public Utility Commission of Texas granted American PowerNet Management, LP an Option 1 retail electric provider certificate. Affiliate APN Starfirst LP was already licensed as a Texas REP; however, APN Starfirst is licensed as an Option 2 REP limited to serving discrete customers 1 MW or larger who sign an affidavit agreeing to such service
