OPC Appeals Proposed Order Setting SOS Adders in Maryland
As expected, the Maryland Office of the People's Counsel has appealed an ALJ's proposed order which would have established the SOS admin. charge at Pepco and Delmarva in Maryland (click here for details). The case will now be decided by the PSC Commissioners.
