Reporting by Karen Abbott • kabbott@energychoicematters.com

Staff of the Public Utility Commission of Texas have filed a revised preliminary determination of retail electric providers that are to be designated Large Service Providers (non-volunteer POLRs) for the 2015-16 term (Project 42201).

Staff said that the revised list corrects the preliminary non-volunteer POLRs for the residential class in the AEP Texas Central service area, and to reflect requests for the designation of affiliates.
