FERC Sets October Workshop on Scarcity Pricing in RTOs, Offer Caps and Mitigation
FERC has scheduled for October 28 a second workshop on price formation in the organized markets.
The second workshop will address technical, operational, and market issues related to offer price mitigation and offer price caps, and scarcity and shortage pricing in energy and ancillary services markets operated by RTOs and ISOs.
