Another Texas REP Seeks to Assign POLR Obligations to Affiliate
NextEra Retail of Texas LP (REP Certificate 10122) has requested the Public Utility Commission of Texas designate Gexa Energy, LP (REP Certificate 10027) as the Large Service Provider affiliate to provide POLR service on behalf of NextEra Retail for all POLR areas in which NextEra Retail was designated.
NextEra Retail's request was filed in the project for the 2013-14 POLR term (Project 40158).
