Regulator to Investigate Application of Gross Receipts and Sales and Use Taxes
The Connecticut PURA has assigned Docket 14-09-09 for an investigation regarding utility billing of gross receipts and sales and use taxes
A case request form states that the docket is to, "assess whether the utilities are correctly assessing the appropriate gross receipts tax and sales and use taxes on customer's bills and associated issues."
