Broker Acquires Clients From Exiting Competitor
Broker It's Electric and Water, Inc. has acquired the customer base of Green Power Management Solutions, LLC.
In a motion to relinquish its broker licenses, Green Power Management Solutions, LLC told the District of Columbia PSC that its current customer base under contract will be taken over by another broker It's Electric and Water, Inc.
"Customers will be given the opportunity to go back to SOS or go with another supplier who are currently under a contract that is up for renewal," Green Power Management Solutions said.
