Veteran of Texas Retail Market Since Launch Joins Start-up REP as CEO
Preston Ochsner has joined Texas retail electric provider Jade Energy, LLC d/b/a Bose Power & Electric as CEO, according to a REP certificate amendment filing by the company.
Ochsner has been involved in the Texas retail market since before its formal launch, and was previously Vice President of Sales at StarTex Power. Ochsner also previously served as National Sales Director at Spark Energy.
More recently, Ochsner held positions as Vice President of Sales at Frontier Utilities and as Director of Indirect Sales at ENCOA
Jade Energy's certificate amendment also listed the reason for the amendment to reflect a "Change in Ownership/Control" and "Corporate Restructuring", but details regarding these items were filed confidentially.
